Contract templates for esports teams

Esports teams should be able to focus on winning the next tournament, and not on all the paperwork needed to set up agreements betweens players and sponsors. We developed model documents for agreements between the Player and the Team as well as Sponsors and organisers of tournaments that you can tailor to your needs. These versions of the documents were published in June 2022.

The templates are meant as reference material for those interested in establishing their esports relations in Estonia with the help of the e-Residency infrastructure and does not constitute legal or other professional advice. You should consult your professional adviser for legal or other advice. Estonian Business and Innovation Agency and e-Residency are not liable for any contractual, tortious or other damage or loss arising from the use of or inability to use this template or any provision set out therein or for any action or decision taken as a result of using this template or for any omission resulting from using this template.
