I'm Sabrina Renz, originally from Germany, and now based in Estonia. During the pandemic, I sought a way to run my business remotely, offering the flexibility to relocate and operate seamlessly. This led me to become an e-resident and co-found Two4How.
At Two4How, we provide entrepreneurial trips to Estonia, HR interim management, private equity consulting, and entrepreneurship advisory services. Our clients span Germany, Spain, and the USA. Estonia’s e-Residency program has been pivotal, enabling us to manage operations online and expand our global reach.
In addition to my business endeavours, I am a lecturer and speaker in HR management, entrepreneurship, and AI psychology. I hold an MBA in Growth Management and a Master’s in Economic Psychology, and I am currently pursuing doctoral studies in AI and psychology. Outside of work, I find inspiration in nature, which fuels my creativity and balances my professional life. My goal is to continue innovating at Two4How and leveraging Estonia’s e-Residency to help businesses thrive.
