With over 200 casualties and nearly 1 million displaced people, the disaster underscored an urgent truth: cities must rethink resilience in the face of climate change. Single efforts won’t be enough – we need global collaboration and innovative solutions. This is why Tallinn and Valencia are coming together to take action.
