​Whilst EU.Inc is currently the topic of the day, Estonia has hosted a similar solution since 2007 with the launch of e-Business Registry. Since 2014, Estonia has offered e-Residency, a government issued digital ID card to founders from all over the world to establish and run their businesses 100% digitally.

Today Estonia boasts one of the highest company foundings, startups and unicorns per capita. Its unique 100% digital and remote-first government services have attracted over 140,000 e-Resident founders It also boasts an active startup ecosystem with 10 unicorn startups having grown out of it. 🚀 In 2022, Estonia broke the world record in fastest company establishment in 15 minutes and 33 seconds.
