You asked. We listened.

The new e-⁠Residency Marketplace is now live on our website, jam packed with brand new features, which we developed in response to feedback from our community and in collaboration with our Marketplace members.

The Marketplace remains the best place to find basic information about trusted service providers in the e-⁠Residency ecosystem to help you launch and grow your business.

But with the new version, you can now easily filter and compare service provider offerings by the services you’re looking for or their suitability to your company type and industry.

Why the new Marketplace?

Through feedback and numerous interviews with e-⁠residents, we understood that our former Marketplace was difficult to navigate.

It lacked a filtering feature, which meant that finding suitable service providers required clicking through all the previews and websites of the companies listed on our Marketplace. Plus, the old version lacked the flexibility to properly categorise Marketplace members, who provide multiple services.

How to use the new Marketplace

Choosing a service provider for your business is an important process.

We recommend that before you make such a key decision, you take the time to map out exactly what services you need both now and in the future, calculate the costs you are willing to accept, and research all options available.

The latest version of the Marketplace makes this easier as it features a brand new filtering system. Currently it is possible to filter service providers according to the type of service(s) the user is looking for; type of company and type of industry of the user’s business.

We have also improved the compare functionality so that you can compare by Marketplace member or by service provided.

These new features are a convenient way for e-⁠residents to research all available options and find a suitable service provider for their business.

Because it is vital for e-Residency that members of the Marketplace have professional business operations and impeccable reputations, we only onboard service providers who have passed our thorough onboarding procedures.

How do we choose e-Residency Marketplace members? | e-Residency

Our top priority is our e-residents. While we have set up the Marketplace to provide as much information as possible to e-residents who are setting up their first company and becoming part of the e-Residency ecosystem, it is up to each e-resident whether to contact and enter into a contractual relat…

We also want to be clear that it is up to each e-⁠resident whether to contact and enter into a contractual relationship with a Marketplace member. Further, as private companies, Marketplace members decide their own onboarding criteria and procedures independently from e-⁠Residency and are free to take on customers as they choose.

What’s next?

The new Marketplace may still have some bugs and require improvements. We want to build the best possible product for our e-⁠residents and we appreciate your help in improving it.
