About me

I'm Khrystyna Didukh, a Ukrainian entrepreneur with a lifelong passion for flowers, building on my family's floral legacy. After my time as a consultant at PwC, I founded Lystva, a successful flower delivery business in Lviv, which expanded to include online retail and mobile services. My subsequent venture, 358 Flower Base, became a wholesale hub for exotic flowers sourced globally. Recognizing the need for industry knowledge, I initiated educational projects to empower fellow business owners.

In 2021, I established ArrowStone, an Estonian company that facilitates flower material distribution and provides tailored IT services across Europe. Recently, I've also ventured into business coaching, helping entrepreneurs navigate their paths to success. The flexibility provided by Estonia’s e-Residency program has been crucial in managing my businesses seamlessly across borders, solidifying my impact on the continent's floral landscape.

"It is an honor to be working with you. E-residency actually saved my business, when the war in Ukraine began. The environment that Estonia has created for entrepreneurs worldwide is outstanding. E-residency is a great opportunity to create a startup and move all around the world freely with your own digital business."
