About me
I'm Laura Roman, an entrepreneur from Barcelona who found a new home in Estonia in 2018. My journey with e-Residency began when I was looking to relocate to Tallinn, attracted by its innovative digital infrastructure and straightforward business environment. I founded Redearth, a company providing marketing and virtual assistant services, allowing me to work flexibly and globally.
With a background in geography, I initially ran a business selling Lithuanian bed linens in Barcelona. My career pivoted when I started working as a marketing assistant, developing a career as an online services provider. The idea of being a digital citizen through e-Residency intrigued me, leading me to establish my firm, Redearth. This name, inspired by my hometown Terrassa, translates to "red earth" in English.
Estonia’s e-Residency program has been a game-changer, enabling me to manage my business seamlessly from anywhere. It offered a simpler and friendlier alternative to the systems I was familiar with. This flexibility allowed me to explore various business ventures and provide services to international clients.
In addition to my work at Redearth, I have become a certified business, mindset, hypnotherapy, and holistic health coach. I help entrepreneurs, founders, and CEOs overcome limiting beliefs to achieve success and maintain a balanced life. My passion for personal growth has also led me to organize events in Tallinn, fostering a community of like-minded individuals. These events bring together people from diverse backgrounds to share stories, build connections, and support each other.
As an official Community Leader for the Estonian e-Residency program, I continue to connect people with similar passions, promoting entrepreneurship, border-free culture, and digital innovation. This role allows me to nurture a supportive community where individuals can be authentic and discuss important matters such as trust, freedom, and life balance.

While preparing for my summer trip to Tallinn, I also discovered Estonian e-Residency. As someone who majored in geography at university, I found the idea of obtaining a digital residency in another country to be an innovation I had to support.
